A recruitment leader reached out to me via Linkedin to ask if I was open to have a chat about an open position in his team. I responded with yes, but it depends on the compensation package and gave him info on where I am now (real numbers) He ghosted me from that moment on. I sent him a follow up, but nothing. If that’s how you treat prospects as a leader, I can only imagine the ‘quality’ of their team!
