Interview
The process include a typical online application. A mobile deviced based online test. A video interview focusing on the situational judgement. Final assessment center with group exerciese, interview and presentation. The company will give you topic five days before the assessment day to prepare the presentation. Genearlly, the video interview is quite tricky due to the unknown judgement standard.
Online test and interview. The same tests as many other public sector grad schemes like NHS, BII etc. This means you can practice it and have a go at it before you actually do it for the first time
