Interview
After an initial application you will complete a series of online tests. If accepted, you will be invited to complete a video interview. The interview questions give you a scenario and ask you to explain how you would handle the situation and how yourself and others would feel about this. You are given prompts to help you form an answer. I am currently awaiting a reply and hopefully I make it to the next stage which is an Assessment Centre.
3 questions in a 1 task. 2 people asking the questions. They will ask you why you want to join the rail industry and network rail in particular. They will also ask if people see you as a good collaborator

Various stages to application process.
Application, mobile phone game, recorded interview questions, face to face interview.
Mobile game may give an advantage to some people but is a nice change.
Disliked the format of the recorded interview questions. Some seemed irrelevant to the position.
