Very disrespectful employer. Left you waiting for four months for assessment centre dates and have since been waiting more than 5 weeks for an outcome. For comparison I have heard back from another assessment centre in the same industry within 2 days! The Student Room thread is full of people with awful experiences with them and it's clear to see why.

Series of online tests followed by assessment centre. The assessment centre was in Milton Keynes for half a day and involved a mixture of individual and group activities.
Many interview questions and scenarios to decide that were mainly focussed around safety and key Network rail principles.
