Network Rail Project Management Assistant interview questions

Received a link to a video interview after applying online. Read lots of reviews which prepped me up so doing my service to the community by sharing mine. I sat after a week of planning to only receive 1 single Q which I found very bizarre. I received 20 seconds to read the Q and also plan! I didnt get a chance to even write anything. I was given 2 minutes to record my answer.

applied for the role via application form then received email interview date and then in person interview with hiring manager and recruitment. asked general competency questions + safety question. after the interview i failed to recieve feedback on interview. just a template email saying i didnt get the job. i accept not getting the job thats fine but at least i deserve some feedback on my performance in the interview. called the recruiter countless amount of times and she ignores the calls. emailed her countless times and she ignores the emails. she only replied once saying she'll ask the hiring manager and nothing after that. totally unacceptable from network rail recruitment team.
