I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NeuraFlash (New York, NY) in Oct 2022
Interview
The interview process consisted of a screening call, an interview with a Solution Architect Manager, and the Service Cloud Practice Lead. Everyone I talked with during the process seemed personable and sharp. The interviews consisted of a conversation in which I would talk about my experience, answer their questions, and ask them questions about the role and company. Overall, it was a fairly easy process, but there were certainly some challenging questions asked.

Question 1
How would you handle an additional requirement being added late in a project?
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NeuraFlash in Aug 2025
Interview
Neura recruiter had been pursuing me for years. Finally responded, got initial interview calendared and hiring manager canceled interview last minute. No one ever followed up even after two weeks.
They put you through numerous filters, only to inform you the day before the final interview that they are no longer interested in moving forward. Highly unprofessional—would not recommend this company to anyone.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NeuraFlash in Apr 2024
Interview
Fairly standard. Began with screening from an HR recruiter. Then I met with a senior architect. I was denied after meeting with c-suiter for the final interview. I asked for feedback but none was given why I was denied at the last step.
