Hi Not sure about the company how it is inside but I will tell you my experience. This happened on Dec 2022 of last three weeks. I applied via linkedIn for SF Service Cloud Consultant and am shortlisted and attended 4 rounds of interview on the same. I have asked for 23 Fixed LPA but later they provided 20 Fixed and 3 variable. When I told them initially that 23 should be fixed they still included performance bonus etc., I really didn't like it so I have asked for 20 fixed and rest your wish, India HR told that he will come back with approval. On Jan 2023 there is no response from him and after multiple follow ups they simple told that your position is on hold and we are currently focused on hiring employees who were being laid off from Salesforce company in United States. I was really pissed off for this reply. Again, one of the recruiter from LinkedIn came back on April 14th and shortlisted for the same position, I have spoken with her and later didn't arrange any interview. This is definitely not an employee centric company, it is just a service based company providing services on Salesforce Eco System. Based on this please conclude yourself how to move. Anyway, I got nice offer from a product-based company with good package.

Connected with HR twice before then going through 4 interviews with the business management: 2 supervisors, 1 manage, and the CTO. Each meeting was great, the interviewers engaged with me in my work history in a candid style and then lead to their internal processes and their company and gave their own background. I felt very welcomed and at home in each meeting. There was always the overwhelming presence of the Company having a vested interest in myself as an employee and in their people in general.
