      Lab Manager Interview

      Sep 27, 2021
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Los Angeles, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Neuralink (Los Angeles, CA)

      Interview

Recruiter sets up an interview and advises me to know some technical answers. Supervisor calls and he starts reading questions from a printout he had, could hear pages flipping, super specific questions. Sounded very junior and unsure what he was asking or talking about. Confessed this was his first interview. Follow up “technical test” which was a joke. Felt like they didn’t know what they want or know how to ask questions. I heard bad things about this company so I’m not disappointed. Elon hire better people!

      Question 1

GLP compliance questions that are specific for their lab and unless youve read their SOPs you have to make your best guess
