I was called for an interview a few weeks after applying. Interviewed with the branch manager and another branch employee for about 45 minutes. They asked mainly behavioral questions. Hiring decisions were made within a week of the interview.

First I got sent an email asking about availability and I got to choose the time of the interview and the day that they had available. The interview was virtual, very lovely people, and they took the time to get to know me and explained everything the job entails.
