Interview process was very disorganized. HR rep missed their scheduled phone screen with me and I had to be the one to follow up and find out what happened. Kept waiting 30+ minutes for an in person interview. Interviewer was not focused on job-related questions. Ghosted me after the interview then sent a form rejection 3 months later.
