Extremely efficient and communicative along the way. I never had to reach out to my recruiter as she kept me updated in the process (thank you Adel!). I met with a panel of two interviewers at a time, including hiring managers, peers, stakeholders.

The overall process took about a month. I applied and heard from the recruiter about 3 days later to set up an interview. Adel was very responsive from start to finish and was very transparent about the process of who I would meet with. The panelist was very informative and made you feel comfortable so it felt like a conversation.
