I interviewed with Nancy, she had nice personality. She was very direct, in what the hospital was looking for, gave me her card and explained herself as well as the process very well. I felt that she was very professional, I felt comfortable, confident and the interview process went well.

This was a very long process. Almost a month to interview between the recruiter and department. Even after you're hired, the start could be up to month before you can start.
