      Human Resources Interview

      Mar 9, 2013
      Anonymous employee
      New York, NY
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital (New York, NY)

      Interview

The interview process is pretty lengthy depending on what department you work in. The interview will take as many as three to five interviews. You should know a lot about the company as well as the department in which you will work in.

      Average interview

      Application

I interviewed at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital (New York, NY)

      Interview

Honestly I've never been treated worse by a company than NYP in 12+ years of my career. First, 2 interviews (not including recruiter) , then completely ghosted for 3 months - no response to multiple emails. Then out of nowhere they ask me to do a third interview (3 months after initial rounds with no details on process or timeline or what is taking so long). I follow up twice more after 3rd round and finally get a canned generic email rejection after 3 rounds of interviews. cannot believe they treat people like this.

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital in Aug 2012

      Interview

The interview path was a long and arduous process from initial referral to phone screen to VP interview to management team interview. This took place over a five month time period until offer was extended.
