Phone interview followed by in person interview then received an offer almost a month after the interview. the on-boarding process took about two weeks. had to fill out all of the HR documents online, then complete the medical, drug test, and I-9 form as well as taking photo ID and fingerprint.

It was more of a conversation. they explained the role and expectations very clearly. And asked about how my skills can fit in. The good part is that they explain why they need certain skills to do certain tasks.
