Interview
You first receive a screening interview over the phone by HR/talent acquisition personel. Then, you're invited to either an interview with a manager to have a 1:1 chat or like a job fair where multiple groups of people from different departments get together and interview people. It took one week to get back to selected candidates and another 1 week for an offer letter. The process was made easy.

Interview
I did one interview with HR followed by PCD through zoom. The interview did not last more than 30 minutes to an hour altogether. Overall, the interview process was laidback.
I had a phone interview first with the talent acquisition recruiter. Once I passed that, I had a virtual zoom interview with the Manager. All questions typically common for registered nurse questions.

Quick zoom interview, It was with 3 people, Two from HR and a Nurse director of the unit. They asked the basic questions. It was a quick 15 minutes and did not seem like they were interested to begin with,
