I applied online on July 2019. I received an email from HR on October 2019 to schedule a phone interview. I also received a call from the program manager to schedule an interview in person. I had my phone interview in the morning with HR, and in the afternoon, I had the interview with program manager. (both on the same day) The phone interview was 15 min long and the in person interview was 45 minutes long. It is a good idea to have the interview with HR first before you have the interview with your manager. The HR representative was nice and even gave me some feedback towards the end.
