Was emailed for a phone interview to be conducted the same day I received the email. A week prior, I was emailed for my availability. Both my interviewers called me promptly at the time they said they would. 6 days later I got the form for the references and I am currently waiting to hear about an offer

I did one interview with HR followed by PCD through zoom. The interview did not last more than 30 minutes to an hour altogether. Overall, the interview process was laidback.
I had a phone interview first with the talent acquisition recruiter. Once I passed that, I had a virtual zoom interview with the Manager. All questions typically common for registered nurse questions.

Quick zoom interview, It was with 3 people, Two from HR and a Nurse director of the unit. They asked the basic questions. It was a quick 15 minutes and did not seem like they were interested to begin with,
