First with HR and then with nurse manager and other nurses on unit. Questions are very basic (typical interview questions) but make sure you follow up with thank you and always have follow up questions

I did one interview with HR followed by PCD through zoom. The interview did not last more than 30 minutes to an hour altogether. Overall, the interview process was laidback.
I had a phone interview first with the talent acquisition recruiter. Once I passed that, I had a virtual zoom interview with the Manager. All questions typically common for registered nurse questions.
