      Account Executive Interview

      Jul 12, 2022
      Anonymous employee
      City of Industry, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Newegg (City of Industry, CA) in Nov 2018

      Interview

In my time, I had 4 rounds of interviews- 1 over the phone and 3 in-person with middle and upper management. Process was smooth and clear, no issues and no red flags. I felt comfortable during the interview process and not pressured to act a certain way; it seemed the important aspect was gauging my character since my qualifications were on paper. Overall a very lengthy but enjoyable interview process.

      Interview

Applied online and got a call the next morning from recruiting. Phone screen with a few questions, then a scheduled for my 1:1. 1:1 was laid back with mostly questions testing your personality. Overall not a tough interview.

      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Newegg (City of Industry, CA)

      Interview

Given an IQ Test/personality test. Interviewer did not ask much questions. Described the company culture, work environment, and expectations. Personalities and Management seems great. Employees were rigid. Recruites were awesome. I'm sure it's a great company to work with. Does not negotitate salary whatsoever. No maternity benefits. Need to use PTO. Was told they do not have high turnover. NOT so sure.
