Interview
I had a disappointing experience with NewPage Solutions during the interview process for the AI Developer position. I was scheduled for an introduction call with the recruiter, but was left waiting in the Microsoft Teams lobby twice without any prior cancellation, rescheduling, or communication from their side.
I understand that scheduling conflicts can happen, but a lack of courtesy to notify candidates is unprofessional and signals poor organization in the hiring process. I made time in my schedule for this opportunity, only to be ignored with no follow-up.
It was pretty seamless. There wasn't any hassle I could remember from the process. Right from the first call with the recruiter to the technical proficiency assessments, and culture fit, everything moved pretty smoothly. And the interviewers were pretty nice.
