Multiple 30-45 minute interviews meeting different people within the company. They provided the topics each interviewer was going to cover to prepare. The recruiter stays in touch with you the whole time to confirm how you're feeling about each step of the process.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to demonstrate organization within your team.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Nextdoor
Interview
A recruiter contacted me via linkedin, recruiter phone screen, phone call w/ hiring manager , Onsite interview with sales org.
The interview process was mostly great; the recruiter was kind and prompt but after the onsite it seemed like I didn't have what the team was looking for and I wouldn't be a good fit. The big negative to this interview came from one of the interviewers, (I wont name names) but he was their most recent Account Manager hire. From the start of my 1:1 with him, he had a disinterested, unenthusiastic look on his face and bored tone of voice that echoed "Why are you wasting my time?" His answers to my questions were not helpful. Instead of probing me to find out my background, ambitions, and mindset, he instead didn't speak much and only answered my questions in an annoyed tone.
I will continue to monitor Nextdoor for opportunities that may fit my qualifications better, and despite my negative experience I am excited for this companies product and potential.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you overcame an obstacle with a customer.
Overall was fine. They asked typical questions around previous sales orgs and how my recent job was structured. Recruiter was friendly, but a bit unorganized. I also never heard back from the position.
