Nextiva Staff Engineer interview questions

Please avoid interviewing in such companies where leaders are so unprofessional, i recently gave an interview with nextiva bengaluru, the person interviewing asked me to design a system, he was not involved from beginning , asking me to come up with requirments, made up his mind is first 5 mins and ended the interview in 30 mins was not listening to next part after 5 mins and was smirking on the calculation mistake. system design is more of two way discussion , ask your panel to learn that first My question to you is how can you judge candidate in 5 mins Nextiva please have proper interviewer interviewing people
