Nidec Advanced Procurement Administrative Assistant interview questions

I was contacted by an HR person and asked to fill out a questionnaire which included my background, career goals with their company and my salary requirements. I was then contacted for a phone interview with hiring manager. Interview went great and I was given a 2nd interview. During my first interview salary was not brought and I made the assumption that what they were offering was in my range. The HR representative confirmed that they were offering well below (10-15k) what I was needing. I declined the 2nd interview. I'm really disappointed with how this interview process went.
