Nidec Motor interview questions

Phone screening was scheduled and lasted for 1.5 hours. I was then called back for a series of face to face interviews. All interviews were scheduled for the same day. I interviewed with 5 managers, one on one, each lasting about 30-45 minutes. All individuals would have some interaction with the person that filled the position for which I applied. After about 3 hours of interviewing with each individual, I was told I would hear something in a couple weeks. After 1.5 months I contacted them as a follow-up on where they were in the hiring process...4 months later, still no response, not even a "No thank you, we chose another candidate." 5 months later, I got a call from a 3rd party recruiter for the same position. The recruiter told me the position was open AGAIN. Apparently they did choose another candidate, that didn't work out, but they didn't communicate that to me.

First round technical manager interview, ask if familiar with .NET and some other Microsoft software. Then ask to introduce one of the projects listed on the resume. FInally ask very basic technique questions related to data structure and algorithms. Second round with hiring manager, introduce what a Co-Op need to do and ask to introduce yourself, also choose one project to introduce.
