The recruiter who assisted me was very supportive throughout the process, so things were always very clear for me. I always knew what was coming next, what was expected of me and I got all the answers that I wanted. Amazing, really. As this is a candidate's first experience, I've always believed that the hiring process is a crucial part of a new relationship.
