Normal stuff: lots of different interviews and during those they talked more than they asked. And lots of waiting, but suddenly everything happens really quickly in a rush and more waiting. People were nice but it was hard to read what they were looking for. They gave good and personal feedback after the process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Nokia (Kuala Lumpur) in Mar 2012
Interview
Initial contact and recommendation was done through recruitment agency, but interviews by hiring manager & incumbent. The interviews focused mostly on skills and experience required for the role. I suppose in any communications role, the focus would be on how the candidate presents him or herself as opposed to the contents of the CV submitted. The culture of the company was also outlined, and this was actually demonstrated by the other staff I met - the receptionist as well as one or two other managers.
