I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nokia (Budapest) in Apr 2017
Interview
First was an online meeting, half an hour. Next round was with HR and then with the management, also an excel test had to be done there. It was really great, it didn't take much time as the interviews have been after each other.
The interview process at Nokia was structured, friendly and transparent. I first had an HR screening, followed by a more technical conversation with the hiring manager, focused on my problem-solving skills, motivation and fit with the team and culture.
I applied online. I interviewed at Nokia (Helsinki, Southern Finland)
Interview
It was alright, with a phone screening by recruiter and then technical interview with hiring manager. I was given a case study project to prepare for, and present to the hiring manager.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nokia in Mar 2023
Interview
Overall quite nice and friendly. Was interviewed in two rounds back to back, first by my potential manager, and then a technical lead was brought in and asked a few more technical questions. The atmosphere was very calm and they were quite open and clear in their interview questions.

Question 1
Nothing too technical. General questions about my expertise. Was questioned about my approach to price analysis and to give a framework of how I would approach it.
