Got called 3 times from a Romanian number. Called back an hour later and got rudely greeted. Of course, the rest of the ~10 minute conversation got even more rude. The person who I was talking to and with whom I had this initial call interview couldn't even tell me clearly if he was from HR personnel or a software engineer. They had a total lack of interest in the conversation or in being polite, pretty much as if they were being forced to do this. Kept the salary range confidential. When we got to talking about WFH, I was quite shocked by the absolute limit that I shouldn't log in later than 9AM due to their "strong collaboration". I tried to get more details on how the team collaborates (since it requires a stricter schedule than the job ad that seemed a lot friendlier and more allowing of a flexible schedule), even gave examples of how I worked at my previous employer fully remotely and kept strong collaboration, but I was treated, of course, very patronisingly and rude. I ended the call saying that I'm no longer interested in the position.
