I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Noom
Interview
Very lengthy, multi-stage process, including discussions with a variety of people at a variety of levels (good), a two-hour quantitative exercise (also reasonable), and some repeat discussions with the same people (inefficient). The process overall required a very significant time commitment - more than any other company where I had worked or interviewed. It's not a harder process than others, just longer. The recruiter sent an automated form rejection message after this extended process, which felt sloppy and disrespectful.

Question 1
The process concludes with a "topgrading" interview about the candidate's overall historical career trajectory. There is a lot of content online about this kind of interview.
