Noom Community Manager interview questions

Applied through Jobscore. Three weeks later, heard from an internal recruiter. I responded in approximately 5 hours, and was then told interviews are on "a first come, first serve basis", and that I would be contacted if more spaces opened up. In all of the terrible behavior I have experienced by recruiters, I have never been contacted to set up an interview only to be told the above. The lesson here: they don't hire the best for the job, they hire the fastest replier.
