I applied online. I interviewed at Noom (New York, NY) in Feb 2017
Interview
Submitted my resume and was asked to complete a 2 hour "mock coaching" exercise with a "client" that was actually very difficult (the client, not the exercise). Easy to use platform. Not a lot of feedback. Received a painfully generic rejection letter (Dear candidate... with no name) Felt very impersonal and mismanaged, despite their focus on personalization for their clients. I was very disappointed with how it was all handled because there wasn't a whole lot of clarity
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How to get a woman to make healthy dietary and exercise choices?
The interview process goes in multiple rounds. First, an online application, then a mock coaching interview where you coach a client, finally, a video interview with a member of the hiring team.
Several interviewers, standard questions. Be prepared to explain your work history as a health coach and why you are a good fit for the position. There is an eschelon of interviews around 3.

Question 1
Why are you interested in job? Previous health coach work?
POOR. Sucked. The interviewer seemed very young and ageist. It seems like this girl would have rather been looking at her phone and responding to texts than interviewing someone for a job position—worst experience ever!!
