I received a follow-up email to my resume submission within a couple weeks. The next step of the interviewing process was to set up a phone call/mock coaching session. About 3 days before the scheduled phone interview, I received an email notifying me that the position had been filled to capacity and that the interview was cancelled. This was EXTREMELY unprofessional and even if they re-opened the position, there's no way I would be interested. Sadly, I'm over-qualified and didn't even get the chance to qualify in this case.
Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Noom
Interview
After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Question 1
Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
