Interview
There were many steps and it was very thorough. I started sending in a minute video, then moved to a coach video chat interview, and then a mock coaching mesh via the app. They expect you to make SMART goals. Then I had a final video interview and then a call the next day offering me the position. I was offered more than I was expecting!
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
