Interview
All online- via email, video conference, and phone. Very interactive and fun process! You start off right away with mock coaching with a Noom representative. If you are asked to proceed to the next step, they follow up with a live video interview with another Noom representative who will ask you more about yourself and also answer any questions you have. They are very welcoming and friendly through the entire process . The final step is a phone call where any further details about the position are discussed. All communication is via email throughout the entire process, but there is lots of communication throughout, as to what to expect next.

After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
