I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Noom (New York, NY) in Sep 2019
Interview
I applied for this position on 7/21/19. After completing my application, I was sent an email stating the if I were a good fit then someone from the team would reach out to me. On 8/13, I was invited to do a timed Interactive Application — which consisted of 5 questions and a 1 minute video telling why I am a good fit for the role. The email invitation stated that a member of the team would reach out to me within a couple of months. On 8/31, I received an email that Noom was now interviewing and inviting me to do a mock coaching interview (which I absolutely loved). It was about an hour long and a very fun experience to display your coaching skills around building rapport and motivational interviewing. Within an hour after that interview, I received the next steps to move forward to the final interview which I scheduled for the earliest opening they had to offer. The final interview was through Zoom and lasted about 30 minutes. It was filled with questions and dialogue around coaching, your mock coaching interview, and the company. I received my acceptance letter shortly after my last interview!!

Question 1
Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
