Interview
My interview process was very pleasant and swift, everything was virtual. The interview team made me feel like more then a candidate number. I really got a feel for the company culture and the job experience. The interview process was made up from three different parts; Video & Test Questions, Mock Coaching Session and then a finial interview via Zoom.
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
