Interview process was wonderful. Better than most jobs I have had. Clear, concise and expeditious. Friendly and relatable staff conducted the interview and left little to no guesswork, everything was laid out nicely. Expectations were clear.

What would I do if I got an email that abruptly said "you are no longer to prescribe advice going forward?"
After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
