Communication was quick, but a bit unorganized. Interviewer was super friendly. It is a very time intensive process, but they keep you really informed as you move through it all. Overall it was very transparent and I think they really focus on hiring people that are a great fit for their company.

After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
