Very distant. No personal contact. Sent an email and an online question/answer on how one would deal with clients. Then you are expected to send a video describing yourself and qualifications. Absolutely no personal contact from company other than mass email type transactions.

Phone screen then an interview with someone from the team. Very nice team. It took several months to hear anything from the first time I applied, and I accepted another job in the meantime.
