Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
The interview process for me was great. It started out with the online assessment, then moved to a one hour mock coaching session and finally a video conference. There was great communication throughout the whole process. Make sure to always be a positive coach and help your client make realistic goals!

If a company email went out that asked you to change how you do everything to a new process, how would you handle that/what steps would you take?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
