I applied online. I interviewed at Noom (New York, NY) in Sep 2020
Interview
The process is still as listed below: Submit Resume. Timed response and 1 minute video upload. This is not embedded in the platform! You have to switch to your computer's camera/recorder, record, and save, then upload. I expected it to be built in...it was not. Then a few days later you get a request for the google doc interview. Very challenging...you will get cut off and be with no closure on the experience. Sam has an excuse for everything...cut to the chase and don't waste time with diet or exercise. Ask her how she wants to make changes after she tells you her goal. It will make your life easier...good luck!
After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Question 1
Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
