I really enjoyed the application process. The funniest question they asked was for me to prove that I have a sense of humor. I am about to complete my virtual assessment. Hopefully that goes well. I have read that a lot of people get denied.
The interview process goes in multiple rounds. First, an online application, then a mock coaching interview where you coach a client, finally, a video interview with a member of the hiring team.
Several interviewers, standard questions. Be prepared to explain your work history as a health coach and why you are a good fit for the position. There is an eschelon of interviews around 3.

Why are you interested in job? Previous health coach work?
POOR. Sucked. The interviewer seemed very young and ageist. It seems like this girl would have rather been looking at her phone and responding to texts than interviewing someone for a job position—worst experience ever!!
