Interview
There were four rounds of interviews and they all were fairly simple. When applying, you filled out an initial form getting more information about you. Then there was a mock coaching session to see how you would handle a client(user) and how to work around their challenges. Then there was an interview someone from the hiring team, just to get to know you more on a personal level.
After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Question 1
Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
