Started with a mock coaching interview and then if you "pass" that you get a video interview. Overall very laid back and smooth process! Would have enjoyed the mock coaching part after the video. Also- has a waiting list when you are hired and the timeframe they give you is not very accurate.

What are some of your strengths that would make you a good coach?
After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
