Interview
The interview process was lengthy. I had an initial exploratory call, an interview, a project to complete, a project check-in call, and an interview to present the project/have a panel ask questions. Each of these stages was followed up by a call with their talent team.

Question 1
The questions surrounded how I thought about content — it seemed more conceptual than put into practice. The same can be said for the questions that were asked in the project presentation interview — lots of hypotheticals with no actual answer (it felt like they were trying to trick you).
