Noom interview questions

I started with a brief chat with another health coach. It was not made clear that she was just a coach so when I asked certain questions about the position she was unable to answer. I was moved on to the mock coaching with a client who in my experience as a health coach was incredibly unrealistic and like no one I have encountered before. The mock coaching lasted exactly one hour. Being that I am experienced as a coach and I felt the interview went well I thought I would at least get to the third step in the interview process. After 5 days I received a general email saying they were moving foward with other candidates. I agree with other posters that it does not seem like they know what they want. Especially on linkedin you can find multiple people who are health coaches for them with no previous experience in the health field at all, yet several EXPERIENCED candidates on here are not being given a second glance. This is incredible odd and frustrating.
