Very straightforward and simple. If you come prepared and plan ahead you should be good. Dress well and research company values so you have some understanding of the role beforehand.

Question 1
One of the first questions I was asked is if I do well with people and have flexible hours. The schedule is very broad so it's important to have open options for when you're able to work here.
So easy, I went to a job fair and was hired on the spot. They need people in the kids department, that's the easiest section to get into. They just ask about your personality and who you are.
Was inside Barton creek mall, hiring manager was prompt and clear with questions ranging from how I would handle difficult customers, to my personal experiences that could apply to the job.
