I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nordstrom (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2019
Interview
Applied on line, got an email to schedule and interview. I picked, got back and email to tell me what time I had to be there and where to go. I get there, they tell me to wait upstairs with a group of people. I go NO ONE is there. Just a bunch of customers. I wait 30 MINUTES. Finally I grab someone who works there. Fortunately he WAS a manager. I say I have been waiting and what was going on.
He apologized for how unorganized everyone was. After 5 min he took me in for an interview. I think he was mostly just trying to save face for his company being so scatterbrains. He asks me basic interview questions. Tells me hours are not guaranteed. Everything is based on business needs. Next he takes me on an tour of the store. Keep in mind I interviewed here 2 years before with no job offer. Kinda even surprised I got another interview. The first interview I was just interviewed. This time they took me for a tour. So not sure if it was just as an apology that they kept me waiting or if this is normal.
After the tour we go back to the office he asks me if I have any questions. I say no. He walks me out and says we will contact you in 3 business days. I've been rejected enough to know that we'll call you means you didn't get it. After all the unprofessional treatment I got there not sure I will even accept an offer if I get one. If this is the job interview how is working there going to be!?

Question 1
What is a situation you worked in a group to accomplish a goal?
Very easy and quick interview. After applying, the hiring manager emailed me to set up a time to meet. The interview was a very casual 5-10 minute chat in the store about the job duties.
Simple process. Familiarize yourself with company and it’s mission. Behavioral questions. Ask questions and make sure you use the STAR method when answering. I do not remember anything else. Just writing to meet the required minimum words.
