Can you tell me about a time you had to help someone who had a different life experience from yours?
Easy. The questions were straightforward and I was immediately hired afterwards. The overall process was no more than 30 mins. Afterwards, I was given a tour of the floor and then I was sent home to complete some documents and training courses before my start date.
Simple, went on a hiring day and it was pretty easy, lasted about 30 mins and got hired on the spot. Onboarding took longer, like 2 weeks, but other than that it was simpler than other jobs Ive had.
