Interview
About 30 minutes and pretty standard. Typically interview questions and conversations. They do ask a lot about your experience shopping there and at other stores. Also the company values are very important but overall it is an average interview.
Interview was easy and straightforward. They just want to get to know you, especially how customer service forward you are. Mainly consisted of a call with HR. They talked a little bit about the company and the role, certain benefits, location of office, etc.
